4. Shipping & Delivery
The Company uses SF Express for delivery, with shipments dispatched from Hong Kong.
The standard delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days after order placement (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Actual delivery times may vary due to logistics arrangements, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. The Company shall not be held liable for any delays arising from such circumstances.
